Standing ab work! I can't stand doing ab work on the floor only. So I looked up standing ab routines on You Tube & got schooled. :) I am totally seeing a difference now and I likey. Mix what you learn with what you know and the you should get results Good luck & Don't stop trying.

Polar all the way! I had a Sportline and it sucked butt! The Polar FT4 or FT7 are great ones that have chest straps and are super easy to set up and use. :)

Amen, I completely agree! It's freaking awesome, and sch an eye opener. Looking back I see that I use to switch off way under eating with way over eating. I didn't have a clue how much I was actually consuming.. Now I do and have lost 7 pounds! :) To getting in the best shape possible!:drinker:
