My professional oppinion is this: It is very good to have a light snack before bed. Make sure it is either a protein snack like several hard boiled egg whites or a piece of chicken. Casein works very well. The other option would be good fats like almonds. I also like to take my fish oil supplement before bed. Contrary to…

Heres an obvious question? How much are you running? Running for endurance is the opposite of trying to add strength..Renown strength coach Mike Boyle once said.."if you want to kill a strength athlete, tell them to run". Cut out the running, do some HIIT Training for your VO2 and shut up and squat! If you don't do big…

As the saying goes"Shut up and Squat" True arms are built in the squat rack, and competitions are won from the back!

Don't use the smith machine! When you are squating and deadlifting 50+ over you bodyweight....Time to move on from stronglifts. For men maybe a little more. When you are moving 100+ more over bodyweight, you can never recover on this program....until then, its a solid program.

I have taught literally hundreds of Kettlebell students....and actively have a kettlebell club with 150 + members. I teach classes 7 times a week. If your watching TV or reading a book while doing cardio, your not working hard enough.

Please don't listen to this....chances are if you can't do a crunch, there is no way you can properly and safely do compound movements like squats and deads. Your certain for injury. As mentioned before....start by doing planks. Another thing you can do while performing crunches is to draw in at you navel...this flattens…

Great work everyone! I love to see other lifters! I train half the year as a powerlifter and half the year as a bodybuilder. I love to feel the challenge of weight and the battle of steel...sometime the steel wins, its a very humbling sport. I also enjoy the unvailing of the hard work and constant dicipline as I shed the…

When I start training, I'm in the zone, I'm the only one training, its me and the steel.

I wish bulking was as easy as a lot of women on here think it was....believe me, if bulking was that easy I would have 30 inch arms...lol...Even if you were training to add bulk on your arms, you would be geneticaly gifted to gain 1/4 inch in a year. So my advice, keep the stregth training and as you lose weight, your arms…

Consider the calauses a badge of honor that you are earning, and don't worry about what others think. Train hard, with or without gloves.

If you want lean muscle and that shredded look, or simply that hot beach body? Kettlebells are the ultimate tool. I teach kettlebells in my club and have basic thru advanced classes..they are so effective that I currently teach 7 classes a week and have approximately 150 members in our Kettlebell Club. It has been an…
