I also changed to Wellbutrin. You should not stop taking Cymbalta cold turkey. You are supposed to taper off.

I have done it twice before.... which means I gained it back twice. Now, I am going from an 16-18 (caught myself before I got back to size 24) to as small as I can get. :) I'm back in 12s and could be in 10s very soon. It can be done. I'm only 5'3".

It happened to me today, too. I just ate a big donut here at work. I hate that I gave in. But, like someone just told me, the day is young and there is still time to burn calories!

Protein shake. "Eat" on the go. I like the AdvantEDGE shakes. 110 calories, 17 grams of protein, 4 carbs.

It is so interesting how different body types affect sizing. I am 5 feet, 3 1/2 inches tall. I weigh 182 and wear a size 12. When I weighed 160, I wore a 10 but was close to fitting in an 8. My first goal is 160 again, but hope to lose more.

I've lost 40 pounds in about 110 days or so. I've completely altered everything in my diet and started exercising. I also had my doctor evaluate my medicines and change them as needed.

My weight has fluctuated so much in my life, I am starting to have health issues. (I've been up and down 100 pounds twice.) I ran for awhile and almost never enjoyed it. I did like knowing that I could do it, but it never became therapeutic or meditative, like so many people told me it would. However, it does work for staying in shape, so I am about to ramp up again. But, I don't think it will ever be my main exercise because I don't enjoy it.
