Hello, collarbone
Yesterday morning, I was brushing my chin-length hair and the brush got caught for a second, so I had to yank it. The round brush struck my collarbone and it really hurt. But I was smiling. I have collarbones! And they stick out a little. Whoa. Just thought I'd share.

I'm no longer obese! As of today, I am just overweight. My BMI is 27.8. Just nearly three points from the high-end of normal! My BMI was 39 when I started the journey this time.

I went to visit a friend last night whose wife had just had a baby. He had not seen me in a few months. He did a double take and said he almost didn't recognize me! (I've lost 44.5 pounds since April.) Now, THAT'S victory!

Down 37.5 pounds
I have lost 37.5 pounds so far! I am 5 feet, 3 inches tall and started at 222. I now weigh 184.5. My first goal is 160, but I may try to go to 150. I started MFP after I had already lost a few pounds. What I am doing: 1200 calories, 75 carbs, 100 grams of protein. Those are the nutrition goals established by my doctor. I…
