Congrats. Such an amazing feeling!!

I am 5' 3.5" tall. Starting weight was 221. Current weight fluctuates 154-156. Counting calories and carbs, addressing health issues and exercise. And tracking everything.

I have shrunken head syndrome. I could easily lose another 20 pounds from my body, but my face is so scrawny!

Way to go!!!

I'm 5' 3.5" tall and weigh about 153 now. (I started at 221.) When I started (May 2012) March 2013 Last week

Ooh, I'll definitely try those "fudge" bars!

Thanks!

Here is my before and during. I have been exercising at least four times a week and eating 1200 calories, limiting carbs to 100 (insulin resistant) and eating about 90 grams of protein a day. When I exercise, I eat more. I log every day, even if I eat poorly. I am 5' 3.5" and started at 221. I am now at 155. My goal is…

This is a before and during comparison, 221 to 153. (The before isn't my heaviest ever, just the heaviest this time around.)

Yes, I've read several stories about this and it is very interesting! It helped me come to the conclusion that there is no such thing as quitting my food and exercise journal. As someone who has lost and gained 100 pounds twice, I know that I'm going to have to be a lifer on here (or some form of food journaling). Thanks…

There was a girl in my hometown named Fonda Peters.

Aaawww, shucks! :)

Thanks everyone! Love MFP and all of the support (and fun) on these forums.

To illustrate, June 2012 February 2013 I still want to lose 30 more pounds, but I am excited about the progress.

This is my experience, too.

I notice that people treat you differently. They're much nicer now. It makes me angry that people are so unkind when you're fat, but I can't change other people. What I can do is be sure I don't treat people badly based on weight, or any other outward appearance factor. And hip bones. And collarbones. And butt bones. :)

This is my before and during. 222 to 162.5. I'm 5'4" and want to lose 20 to 25 more pounds. I forget how to do it every time!

You do kinda look like Snow White. :)
-
Congrats!

It is amazing! No more bath sheets! Just a regular bath towel. Congratulations!

Thanks everyone. I've been up and down with my weight so many times. This time, I need it to be different. I'm trying to keep a good attitude and use positive self talk instead of always telling myself how fat, bad, ugly, undisciplined, etc., I am. Someone asked what I am doing. I'm eating basically 1,200 calories, about…

Thanks!

I hate it when guys throw the weights down on the ground on the last rep. Scares the crap out of me. Plus, I don't think that last rep should count!
-
I don't know, but detoxing FROM them sucks!
-
Thanks!

Glad it helps. I felt kinda silly posting it. :)

This is a before and middle. I'm excited about my results so far, but have at least 25 more pounds to go! I'm 34 years old and 5'3.5" tall. I have lost nearly 60 pounds. This time (I've been on this weight roller coaster for awhile), I started at 220. Here is a before picture, although I had already lost about 10 pounds in…

I'm 34 years old and 5'3.5" tall. I am still a work in progress, but I have lost nearly 60 pounds. This time (I've been on this weight roller coaster for awhile), I started at 220. Here is a before picture, although I had already lost about 10 pounds in this picture. (The most I've ever weighed is around 260.) Today, I…

I use skim milk, vanilla whey protein powder and a tablespoon of PB2! I was using peanut butter, but the fat and calories from that add up quickly. PB2 is awesome.

I am 5'4" and my goal, I think, is 145. I weigh 170 now and have lost 52 pounds. At 160, people start telling me I look too thin, but that's just because my face gets thinner first. No matter how many people (my mother) tell me to stop losing at 160 (like last time), I am going to go for 145 or even thinner. I can always…
