you should drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces ie: if you weight 200lbs you drink 100oz of water

nOOOO this is what is called empty calories, its the sugars that are in the drinks, cut out all together or just limit your drink to one

Congrats on your 58 lbs.. the same thing happend to me I plateud at 48lbs you need to do something different in your workouts and recheck your caloric intake :)

the best advice right now is dont make them.. until you are in a place where you can say ok just one.. otherwise resist the tempation all together, sometimes its a trigger food that sets it all off ;(

your body goes into starvation mode of you dont fuel it, you must eat at least five times a day breakfast 2 hrs later snack (healthy) lunch, 2 hrs later snack (healthy) then dinner, nothing more but water after 7:00 pm... count your calories as best as you can and watch your sodium.. its because your only doing cardio? YOU need to do strength training so you will tighten and tone the muscle
