I actually love feeling sore. I feel like they'll be stronger after they heal. I have muscular calves naturally but still feel sore when I do calf exercises. Stretch your calves more before and after the workout? My least fav exercise is probably chest exercises. I feel so weak!

An hour is plenty enough for everyday. I think a lot of us have a sedentary day. =P I work on a computer all day. If you feel like you're sitting down too much, do bursts of exercise (kettlebells, dumbbells, burpees). I try to workout about 1 hour as well too. Sometimes 1.5 hours.

I like to cook my eggs with tomatoes. I cook scrambled eggs, take them out, stirfry tomato wedges with a little oil (or non stick spray), add salt, pepper, and coat it gently with some honey (a tbsp for a medium to large tomato), add the eggs back in and put some chopped green onions on top.
