Near that time of month? Drinking your water? .. 0.5 pounds is still good, it also depends on what you have to lose overall to start with. Also I eat nearly 2000 cals a day, and am on a lower carbohydrate diet and still have good weight loss. Some people just need to eat more.

I was getting nausea from eating before my 5k training. So now I do it on an empty stomach, with some water here and there, and food right after. Works good :) ... Or 1/2 banana

Thanks :), my plan is to get in some carbs before my workout today, if that doesn't work than do a workout on an empty stomach. I guess I'll just switch it up until I find whatever works :)

Yes I take this very serious, Im on a low carb, high protein diet. My body is very carb sensitive, like very! Thanks everyone for your input aside from the bashing, wow!

It still has calories / protein in it, so it should still be counted. And egg whites are still food too. If people just keep saying some things "just dont count" wed all be over weight.

Most days I eat close to 2000 calories a day, even on days I dont work out. So no not all calories are the same. Out of that 2000 calories most of it is through protein.

Congrats man, my boyfriend did the tough mudder in Toronto in August, he even got a good enough time that he was invited to the worlds toughest mudder in new jersey. I know personally that it is definitely a very difficult course, I did a small part of it from the side lines.

First year nurse, obviously no doctor either lol: Could be plantar fasciatis. Try stretching, heat/ice. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs , such as aspirin and Ibuprofen for pain. If it persists you may need a corticosteroid. Other than that it may be a good idea to go to the doc and see what he has to say. Best of luck…

try protein and 2 glasses of water at every meal, it works for me. I also eat 4 smaller meals a day

I did as much as I could too, I got to the middle of the second week and the pain was just to much for my crappy knees. I turned my volume off on my tv, Jill annoys me too much haha

I used to follow the blood type diet, type O worked wonders for me. Come to find out Im not even type O blood type. So that hole theory went out my window :ohwell:
