In need of a little help
I have been running for a while now and I thought that my endurance was getting greater, but yesterday I could barely run, my shins were bothering me and I felt so out of breath even when doing slower speed. what the heck is up with that? If I dont get my endurance up I fear I wont be able to do the 5k in May.

I am on week 2 of c25k. I am wondering how much jogging there is in week 2. lol I suck at math and can't figure it out right and want to log the jogging and walking separately. Thanks :)

joggers and Carbs
what percentage should my carbohydrates be set at if I jog a few times a week? I feel like maybe my carbs are too low and that may be why I cant run as long/far/fast as I'd like to.

Question about hurt foot

Feel sick when jogging
Ok so I do this program on my bb called "Fun run" its training me to do c5k. I walk for 5 minutes, than jog for 60 seconds, than walk for 90 seconds, jog 60 seconds, walk 90 seconds ...... for a total of around 35 minutes. EVERY single time I jog , even for those 60 seconds I feel sick, like I'm seriously going to throw…

I think we should all make a small goal from day to day ... Mine today is to eat more , probably sounds silly to some of you, but I have much better progress when I eat more.And get to the gym or go for a walk (some sort of exercise, I have been lacking in that department lately) Whats everyone elses goals for today?

What usually works when you don't want to cheat on your calories/carbs, whatever it may be? I would tell myself "size 6, size 6" over and over in my head since I had to feed my kid different stuff from what I was eating.
