You can turn weights into cardio. Body weight exercises can be cardio. It is the pace you do them at. You could stand in one spot and hit the punching bag. Hit it as softly and quickly as you can.

When I start poking at myself, I turn that finger around and point at the door. Exercise releases endorphin's that make you feel better. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't when you are depressed. At least I am not poking at myself while I am walking or at the gym. Also I don't feel guilty about not doing it.

1. I would start with any machines. Just to get used to the movements and build a bit of strength. Then move on the the free weights after awhile to get the stability muscles working. My sister-in-law is a size 00. Shes 23, eats ALOT. And is 5'3. Its just her metabolism. Shes also 80 pounds, cant gain weight. Its just in the family, her brother is the same way, 7% body fat, cant gain weight no matter how many calories he consumes

Im a heavier set girl, I run 3-5 times a week down the side streets around my apartment building. I too have to wear my headphones or else I wouldn't do it.
