ok Im trippin! I guess I lost a pound even though I ate bad 2 days in a row. I'm still kicking myself though because if I would have ate good I might have lost more.

Hey does anyone else find the weekends the most tempting. I think it's something about being able to sleep late, and having access to a full pantry that makes me want to eat. So happy! I met my goals again. I tried bootcamp at LA Fitness and I did Zumba moves, pushups, crunches, and mini cardio while watching the Heat game last night. I am 6 pounds lighter over the course of 5 days. I don't know how that happened, but I'm making progress and I'm happy. Woo-Hoo!!! Yes, we can.

I am currently 225, and my goal weight is 140. I don't have a success story yet, but I know within the next couple of months I'll have tons of short term successes all leading to one big one. Good luck, and I can't wait to hear the success stories. They are what keep me motivated.
