  • You can exercise your face muscles...with your mouth you can say the short sound a as in apple....aaaaaaa then say the long o sound...oooooo I do this exercise in my car you alternate a, o, a, o. I also open my eyes wide and lift my eyebrows to tone around the eyes....I am a kindergarten teacher but did not make these up.…

  • Just read your posts...you need to be aware that if you don't eat enough calories your body's metabolism will go into "Starvation Mode". It will hold onto every little morsel and your weight loss will be less. As long as you are losing you are doing okay. If you stop losing weight you may not be taking in enough calories.…

  • I am using the Your Shape by Jenny McCarthy for the Wii. It is a good workout. As with anything regarding fitness, it is using it daily...I had lost 10 lbs. when I was exercising regularly! :wink:

  • A friend from work and I decided to do the Shred minimum of two days. If we don't work out we put $1.00 in the kitty. In June, we will go out and have a healthy piece of cheesecake. LOL...We both must lose 10 lbs. by then to get the cheesecake! I'll be shredding on W, F, Sundays. Thanks for the motivation!
