I agree. I wouldn't hire a personal trainer, nutritionist, beautician, fashion consultant, etc. unless I wanted to look like them. They are a walking example of their work.

Try not to get my eating done by early evening. After that only a serving of fruit. Also, I noticed a big improvement in my health if I eat a cup of spinach every day.

I use Jason with Ester-C. They reformulated it several months ago and it doesn't work as well for me, but still OK. I can buy it at Krogers in the health food section, or at Whole Foods, and it's reasonably priced.

Beans. Clif bars. Nature's Path Blueberry Cinammon Flax cereal has the highest protein of any breakfast cereal (that i know of). Light soymilk.

My answer is going vegan. I kept the weight off for 3 years, which is the longest I've ever been the same size. Unfortunately a very long unemployment and loss of a routine did me in. When I had a job I worked out at lunch, just machines, 5x a week for a half hour. It was effortless.
