  • As everyone else has said just pace yourself, modify the workouts and do not quit. I am a generally healthy weight but I modify workouts for my "Tapouut XT" workouts that hurt my knee. Blessings for your health journey.

  • Keep in mind that your body does need "some" sodium. I was shocked when FitnessPal recommended that I get about 2500 worth of it. Congrats on your success so far. Keep up the good work and stay hydrated.
