In a family of hunters, we always have venison in the freezer. I just made venison chili this weekend. I treat it just like ground beef. I usually stuff them. My favorite is turkey sausage, onions, mushrooms all sauteed and then topped with parm and baked. Also really good with butter and brown sugar and baked. whole wheat toast with peanut butter and banana, plus a yogurt or kefir microwave and egg add cheese and eat on an english muffin, side of fruit get some good cereal with almond milk- i like special K protein plus yogurt, granola and fruit parfait hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese and fruit good luck!

I also put my asparagus directly on the grill-love it that way! Grilled jicama sounds amazing, never made it that way!
