You're welcome - please let us know how it goes after you make and enjoy them!
-
Please share how you prepare it and how you like it after you try the recipe, okay?
-
Do you use fresh? I thought I'd be "clever" and bought Trader Joe's frozen - beautiful picture of kale leaves on the front, but inside totally chopped up kale! Whoops - won't really work for the chips.. :(
-
Do you think you'll try Kale chips? I've made them with the olive oil spray and even without salt, I think it's pretty tasty.
-
That's another great suggestion. Thanks!
-
yay another kale chip devotee. Is there any special way you make them?
-
Please share after you make them! Any tips and/or your variations will be gratefully accepted by all the kale-lovers out here.
-
OMG more brilliant variations on the kale chips. Thanks so much for sharing. Some of the ideas are so simple yet, "Duh why didn't I think of olive oil spray?!" And I love the idea of adding garlic (wonder if granulated will work?) and cayenne for a little kick. Woo hoo!

You are so right! Chips have been my demon, but since the kale crispies,. I haven't succumbed to the seduction of the crunch.... thanks for the Himalayan sea salt tip,. too. I hope everyone reads that. It is important and we're learning from each other. Thanks again.

-
please forgive my ignorance but a lot of people write "bump" and I'm not sure what it means! :embarassed:

Oh, I love zucchini - I'm going to try that recipe. Thanks!! The cheese and turkey sounds amazing but somehow I am ALWAYS behind on calories - I seem to run out so much sooner than I'm ready to stop eating  Thanks for answering. I really appreciate everyone's support.
-
Please share when you make and taste this.. The salt is such a treat for me that I look forward to them - really a good substitute for my fav potato chips.
-
I agree that it tastes like the crsipy seaweed! Both are very healthy.
-
That's great news. Thanks!
-
Excellent! Thanks for adding your good ideas.

Sarah, thanks so much. I hadn't thought of a lot of your suggestions... and never tried zucchini noodles. Sounds wonderful. And powdered peanut butter? Wow. I'm googling now. Thanks again.
