I'm sort of vain. I want to be 130-135. I was at 139 and was so close! I'm already anywhere from a size 4-10 depending on the manufacturer. I'm mainly trying to get my legs to get smaller, they are the final piece. I know you guys can understand that.

The weight I count is first thing in the morning. The most frustrating part is this is the weight my body likes to settle at and to get lower I have to do something to kick start. If I were you I would break up my meals a bit. You seem to eat 3 large meals regularly. I eat 6 times a day (sometimes more) of smaller things. Try to go for a 300-400 calorie breakfast, morning snack around 100-200, 300-400 calorie lunch, 100-200 calorie snack, dinner around 400-500 and then maybe something after dinner…

Maybe you should change your setting to lose 1 pound a week. The 1200 is not enough for me and not only do I get to eat more on 1 pound a week, but I feel better, and lose weight faster!

There is an awesome recipe on Hungrygirl.com where you combine a boxed cake mix and pumkpin. It is sooooo good! I did chocolate and spice cake mixes. They also have recipes where you use diet soda with cake mix and yogurt. That webpage would be an excellent resource for what you are trying to do :)

How about you make your own dressing? That could help! I also agree with those that say stay away from anything processed (ahem, Lean Cuisine) that pretends to be healthy. If you need the convenience of freezer foods, cook several things over the weekend and freeze them. Then all you have to do is defrost and eat :)

Take note of what they say after explaining it. The experts talk about how it encourages overeating and possible weight gain after due to a dip in the metabolism. I would say it isn't worth it to be honest.

You have the right idea here. I rarely eat processed foods and the weight melted off when I did that. I use pyrex containers. You could even make single servings and put them in the freezer.
