Yummy new cereal!
Hey guys! I found this awesome cereal and I wanted to share it with you. It's Kashi Go Lean Crisp. It tastes like a blueberry muffin in a bowl, has a good amount of fiber and protein. It also is not sweetened with HFCS! I love it and think it could be one of the best cereals I've ever eaten! :love:

Do any of you guys get to a certain weight and never get below it and assume "I guess my body doesn't want to lose any more weight" and you think it is impossible? Every time that happens to me, around 3 months (once 2 years!) pass before anything else comes off. Any idea why?
