Hey guys!
Just had an amazing weekend with the in laws (I really mean it!) and went to a Philadelphia Eagles game! (Go Eagles!) That means good junk food from the in laws (b/c they want their son to have all of his PA treats he doesn't get in VA) and stadium food (cheese steak the size of my head!) We also went out to eat a lot. When I weighed myself this morning, I was up 2.5 pounds. I know most of that has to be water weight, so I am curious how long it takes to flush out the system and get rid of it.
Thanks guys!

Drink lots of water (more than the standard 8 glasses) & don't weigh yourself for a week. That should counter the sodium overload0
