Thanksgiving deflation!

Hey guys!
So, I was up several pounds after Thanksgiving. I knew there was no way I gained as much as I did, but it wasn't going away quickly it seemed. Then, all of a sudden, this morning I was back to my normal weight. This had a 7 pound fluctuation this week. I am not overweight so this is crazy to me. I was just wondering if any of you had a similar experience. It's very interesting to me!

it's reasonable, especially if your sodium levels went way up. And if you're gravy is like everyone else's then it has TONS of sodium in it, which can cause rapid water retention that can take days to dissapate.0

I had a similar gain and loss. I know I was not drinking water like I should have been over the Thanksgiving weekend. I got back to drinking plenty of water, and the scale went back down. Maybe that was it for you?0
