Hello! I've been moaning on here for about 4 months about my plateau and I finally got over it. I actually blew past it to be honest. Since I know it's hard to figure out what to do, I will share what I did.
Nutrition:
I tried to not eat sugar (huge sweet tooth here) and make sure I stayed anywhere from 1500-1800 calories every day.
Exercise:
I had been working out 5-6 days a week. I paired it down to 4 days a week, and 2 of those include weight lifting. On the lifting days I do 15 minutes of cardio, and non lifting about 30. I will go back to normal again here soon, but I'm following a "Best Body Ever" workout in my Oxygen magazine.
I hope this helps some of you! I know when I plateau I worry I'll never get off, but I always keep pushing myself. You can do it too! Here's hoping the last few pounds come off soon

I'm stuck, too, and it is great to hear about your success! I've been working out so hard, and really watching what I eat, so it is very frustrating to not see progress on the scale. I will say that I think my body shape is improving, and my stamina is also better, but it would be great to lose more weight, too!!!
