I have a hard time with squats too due to knee replacement. But I can do small ones. Don't try to get all the way down just go as far as you can. You will see the difference. there are many kinds of squats.

I agree go to thrift stores espically if you have one in a "nicer" area. If not look at Wal-Mart or other cheap places. I had the same problem thought I was where I would end up but because of toning have gotten smaller-- nothing worse then saggy work clothes.

I'm in the same age group as you. What is yor protien intake, Sugar intake, Fiber? all these need to be evaulated. You can't go by what MFP says go to the Dr and get a plan for him that is formulated for you. Other factors-- Menopause? Stress? Hi had my surgery July 2012 lost 90 lbs best thing I ever did. Advice: Take it slow listen to your body and DO NOT be discouraged if you hit a plateau stick with the program and it will pass. Rmemebr your body takes time to adjust. For me this last 10 is tough but doable. Good luck
