  • I've also been adding cardio intervals between set of strength exercises and recording it as Circuit Training under cardio. I didn't see a lot of point to inputting the actual strength exercises done into the diary. I track those separately.
  • Nachos. I used to live off nachos. They were a food group. Nowadays they are considered a treat only to be consumed after planning for the indulgence.
