The holiday was a nice break but yeah, now I am trying to regain my "balance". I love being around extended family but feel drained for a couple of days afterward. I understand not being happy with your weight. I understand thinking that you will be HAPPIER with a healthy weight. I alternate pushing and pulling too, but I also drop my arms to the sides and don't hold onto anything for a challenge. It targets your core and balance not to rely on the handles.

I am 5'4" and starting right at 192-188. I fluctuate a lot from day to night and even day to day! I want to get to 150 as a goal and then see just how far I can take it!!
