I also have this problem. I deleted the duplicated exercise calories, disconnected and reconnected Fitbit as a connected app in MFP, logged out of MFP, updated MFP, and rebooted both my watch and my phone. Nothing has solved the issue; MFP is still not receiving any calorie updates from Fitbit's servers.

I'm not sure if this is related but my Fitbit randomly stopped syncing yesterday afternoon. Maybe there is a general issue. Is anybody else experiencing this?
