On average I only lose 3-4lbs a month, that seems normal to me. I run 3 miles daily or elliptical for 1 hour and strength training as well. I'm on a 1200 calorie budget a day and have been doing pretty well sticking to it. I suggest breaking out a tape measure and taking measurements when your scale isn't making you happy.…

I also have the same issue you are having with food...I feel like I constatly need to munch on something to keep myself satisfied...I stick to drinking water...or if your like me and you hate water lol I like to add the 0 calorie arizona tea packets to my water.
