Hi my name is Becky. I am looking for some new friends who will also help to motivate me . I seem to be doing okay, but I get in to these modes where I just want to sit around and do nothing.I try to walk and do some exercises but I get bored quickly.
I am 31 and I am a mother of 5 boys and step-mom to 2 boys . I have hyperthyroidism and graves disease which is the reason I put on 100 pounds which I'm now trying to lose it.
So if anyone is also looking for some new friends and some motivation feel free to add me.

Hello Becky!
My name is Ashley and I just turned 30 and I have Graces Disease as well- which makes it difficult to a) lose weight b) retain muscle c) have energy! I completely understand what it is like to not feel well on top of needing to exercise and eat right and can be difficult for others to understand.
I also need some motivation as well as help with meal planning, etc. Let me know if you want to team up!

I tend to get bored easily so I look for things that keep my attention. I just got Jillian Micheals 30 day shred- I like to do workout DVDs because there's a defined "ending point". I also love rollerblading or doing things outside with my husband. Feel free to add me!0
