i saw a documentary recently called "fat, sick and nearly dead" where a guy did a juice fast for 60 days and then only ate real foods afterward. sounds a bit more doable to me than a water-only fast. it helped him kick cravings, lose weight, and get healthier. might be worth checking into. i plan to do it in a few weeks…

i took oxy elite pro for the recommended amount of time (you can only take it for 8 weeks and then you have to stop for 4 before you start the next round). it didn't do anything for me. i consistently ate between 1200-1500 cals a day and worked out several times a week, and barely lost 2 pounds most weeks. in my opinion,…

if you're walking a whole lot, i don't think it'll make a difference. i went to italy for a summer and ate everything in sight (pasta, gelato, bread, etc.), but didn't end up gaining a pound because i walked absolutely everywhere.

i use chocolate protein powder and blend it with ice cubes, skim milk, peanut butter and some fiber/flax seed supplement. (if i'm in the mood for more chocolate, i'll add a bit of cocoa powder.)
