26 here in Los Angeles. Feel free to add me! Friends make for good motivation :) I've never met a real life person who wasn't down to talk age...maybe this only happens in sitcoms?? It can be so frustrating when those numbers move in the wrong direction, or don't seem to move at all! I try to view the whole thing in terms of trends, and remind myself of benchmarks, ie, "Rrr, it's so frustrating to be hovering between 157 and 160, but this is SO MUCH BETTER than when I was hovering around 165 and 168!"…

I realize it's a bit too late for this, but you could always do a vegetable roast next time. I like bringing veggie roasts to group events, because it's a nice hearty dish. The red onion, beets, and carrots would all be lovely roasted, and you could always supplement with some potatoes/sweet…
