Just finished day 2 of week I. Its all I have time for today, but it felt great !! My "rest days" are going to be day 4 and 5 because I'll have time for a 20-25 mile bike ride! How's everyone else doing?

I hate running, but recently took it up (about 1 days ago) for days when I run out of daylight (single mom working full time) or when I don't have an hour and a half to bike 20-25 miles. I was a sprinter in high school (I think that was right before the wheel was invented) so I don't know how to breathe when jogging. I…

steam engine . . . . . I did those last night . . the cardio X CD. . on my porch in 99 degree whether . . . wowzer ! Those are great, though . . . you can definitely feel those muscles tightening up !

I'm new too . . . Day 8 of exercise -- Day 3 of logging food and a LOOOONNNGGGG way to go. There's no way I can eat back my calories when I exercise. I definitely know what you mean by feeling wiped out after working all day and then running kids around, but as I told my kids, I deserve to do this for ME! Good luck girls.
