I think you need to re-evaluate your goals and put them in perspective of why you want to lose weight and what you're doing it for. If a goal is for a name on a board or recognition, you'll gain the weight back just as fast as you lost it.

I'm registered currently for the Athens (Ohio) Marathon, Cleveland Marathon, Glass City (Toledo) Marathon, and Akron Marathon. I'm also running half marathons and plenty of shorter races this year. I've ran 7 marathons so far, but never 4 in one year. I'm hoping to run more than 4 if all goes well!

I've experimented a lot recently making Paleo Banana Pancakes. The best tasting ones I have made are the following: 2 banana's, 2 eggs, Almond Flour, Cinnamon, Vanilla Extract, and presto you have some tasty pancakes. I even tried it before by adding small cut pieces of apples as well and it was really yummy as well. Just…
