  • if its chocolate, it doesn't go well with fruit. personally I don't like fruit in protein drinks, period, usually just slug em as they are. I rather just enjoy the fruit itself : )
  • I forgot to put the taco seasoning in, but it was still really good!!!!! *note- let it sit for about 5 minutes or more to allow sauce to thicken, its much better with thicker sauce!

  • I have no idea, but my mom bought them tonight. She said saw them at Costco and always wanted to buy them, and since she knew we were having burgers tonight, opted for the thin buns. So I know that she saw them at Costco, but for tonight I do not know if she went to Costco for them.

  • COLD!?!?!?!? psh, long story short, i was born in the Bay Area, lived in Oregon k-12, and went to college in northern idaho (U of I), where the winters are single digits... so its not THAT cold : )

  • Well get back on that horse!!!! Try whenever you eat something to get on and log it, if you can't write it in your phone and log it at the end of the day. It might be counter productive to log at the end of the day but it will give you a heads up for tomorrow!
  • It all really depends on your body type and the intensity of your life style, I remember reading somewhere that way way back in the day when human life styles were different (foraging and stuff) that protein was around 40% of their diet. But this included meats and fresh fish, and considering their lifestyle makes sense.…

  • all throughout college we had to be up at 5am for workouts, i usually got about 7-8h, less than that I'm no good, kind of like right now

  • possibly sounds like a hip flexor. When I played football and wasn't completely warmed up, if I tweaked my hip flexor I would hate my life, its a very naggy injury that requires a lot of time off of it to heal. especially the comment about stretching makes it sound like this. i'm no doctor but try taking some time off of…

  • technically you can build muscle before losing fat, but you won't see the muscle when it is covered by fat :blushing:
  • I've never done bikram, but have done yoga when I was going to school, and I was sweating when doing that. Sicne moving to the OC I am looking for some classes but they are expensive
