Yup more stretch. I used other videos to do more stretch. If you have time, add 1 day of yoga to your routine. After 2 weeks, my body, specially the knees, get use to it.. I stopped have pain from go up/down the stairway.

Abs work out? I like all the work out except abs. It's the hardest for me and probably I need it the most. But.. I have choice but to do it!

I use HRM also. I just adjust the burned calorie after my work out. MFP exercise calorie is quite closed to my HRM calorie. My HRM is usually a little higher than MFP. Weight lifting cal is the other way around.

Sleep! Diet is 80% eating, 20% exercise. When you have time, do 1,2 times heavy weight lifting since more muscle mass more calorie burns. And if you have more time just do 1,2 15 minutes of HIIT so you heart will be happy and you can burn more calorie event after the work out is over.

I'm the opposite. It does motivate me to work out. It's so easy to go home after work, eat dinner and then relax instead of go work out.

Yup, both legs. I was so tired so some the count I did was wrong but then too tired to redo it. Next test, I probably have to do slower so I can have the correct count.

Is it OK to enjoy life? Hec yeah, I stop feeling guilty going to the parties, eat goodies during the holidays. It actually helps me not to binge. I used to skip social events. It just makes me feel miserable and did not improve my diet at all. In fact, since I give myself 2 free meals a week. I lose more weight.
