I know HEAVY weight lifting is good so I can build more muscle mass specially I m a 50 yrs woman but here is my problem. I have big upper arms ,shoulder?? so I can not squeezing in blouses. The petite size is event worse. Should I do light weight for shoulder and upper arms instead.

You are closed to your ideal weight for your height so it's going to hard to lose weight. Also you are doing strength workout, you will gain some muscle mass (and that's a great thing). You should focus on losing inches than weight. You can lose inches, look leaner and weight the same.

Did you notice that you are losing weight? Is it more important of what you think of yourself than others do. I lose one size and no1 said a thing but I feel good about my compliment. I start to wear tighter clothes, walk straight, more confident and suddenly a few people asked me if I lose weight.

I do have depression but I don't take meds since it's just minor. I found that if I do 1 hour of walking, take zumba dancing class in the morning or yoga, it helps a lot. Otherwise I have problems of doing anything... all I want to do is stay in bed and on internet all the time.

Everything helps beside green tea protects your cells so go for it. But green tea is not a main source to lose lots of weight.

If you can't eat in morning (so do I), my fav drink: protein power + chia seed and maybe berries Help me have less craving during the day. For some reasons when I eat breakfast,... I just want to eat all the time.

Calorie in, calorie out so if you replace one of your meals with protein shake of course you will lose weight.

I'm in. I'm going to vacation on july 4. I want to go down to 170. Right now I'm 184.5 I'm losing water weight right now so I hope I will go down below 180lb by this coming Friday, 5 more days

Try this. This work for me after 15 minutes or less. 1 scoop of muscle pharm protein power + 1 T of chia seeds. I got muscle pharm combat protein from Costco. It has 5 kinds of protein in there feed your muscle up to 8 hours. I feel energy, NO craving after taking it.

I don't know what is your NET calorie input. But you should not go too low because the heart is also muscle mass.... Otherwise I don't think it would damage your metabolism.

You should talk to your doctor. I don't think it has anything to do with welbutrin. Other meds that may cause weight gain, also internal swollen.
