So you never eat out anymore. Restaurants always have healthy food and if they don't you can ask them do "special order"for you. Side dish does not much calorie as main dish. I hate to say this but you are obsessing with being healthy that it's damaging your social life.

Lyle Mcdonald also has the book Rapid Fat Loss which is similar to what your diet. He also allow one free meal a week. It would help you stick your diet, take a break for diet mentality and it also helps regulate hormone. A few people would event lose weight after a free meal. I suggest that you do reseach on that book.

Check out Ketogenic Diet. It's still low carb but you can eat high carb on certain days base on your training schedule.
