48F from vancouver. I go to 24 hours fitness club. I just became vegetarian 3 months ago and doing 24 hours fast 3 times a week. I'm size 12P right now. I want to go down to 10P by the end of the year.

I did Insanity and did not lose much but a lot of inches loss in my tummy :). My upper body and legs are so strong now so I know I gained a few muscle mass on the way. This is the best weight loss you want. LOSE FAT mass but not LEAN MUSCLE mass.

You should eat monday dinner. That is 24 hours fast (EAT STOP EAT). This is what I do. Finish my dinner by 7PM then the next day, do my work out 1st then eat my dinner at 7PM. DO cardio work out while fasting will burn more fat. Google on youtube for Brad Pilon to get more info.

She has an education for it. Why don't you try her way and do the compare. When a person has more weight to lose he/she can eat lower calorie than a person who has to lose 20% of their body weight since the body will handle the calorie deficit differently.

I just got a can of beef TVP :(. That website has recipe for chic nuggets. I'm going to try it this weekend I still look for a good recipe for beef slice so I do beef jerky. Any1 have a recipe to make beef slice?

My memory is getting so bad too. I kept forget where I just put things 5 minutes ago. My short term memory is really really and sometimes I don't remember the words also. I may have concentration problem :( My long term memory is still real good.

Instead of have a whole day, just have a free dinner and that's it specially if this is your 1st free day. I can eat lots of calorie if I can have a whole day to eat. When I did the Insanity the 1st round, on the 4th week I start to feel worn out and no sign of weight loss (lb or inches). You should hang on because you will feel better after the recovery week. When I eat low carb, I have problem with sleeping. Also when i eat too low cal, below 900. Magnesium helps me with restless night when I'm on low carb. Eat dinner at least 3 hours before sleep time helps also.

5'1 175lbs size12p. I have large frame with big upper arms. I have problem buying petite tops since their sleeves are event smaller than regular size.
