I'm doing Rice diet solution for 3 weeks. I lose 8 lbs so far but I know the 1st 5 lbs is just water. Mcdougall max weight loss is good also (drmcdougall.com). his website has lots of yummy recipes. My focus is whole food and low sodium. I eat up to 6 cups of veggie a day.

Is it possible you drink more water because you work out? Eat less so you have less sodium in the body and still drink the same amount of water, you would have more flush. Did you drink tea? I pee during the night then I find out because I drink tea so I don't drink it by the afternoon.

Increase your fiber slowly so your digestive system can adjust to it. Don't just start out eat 40gr of fiber right away. This did happen to me when I ate the orginal fiber one cereal.... I don't remember how much I ate at least 2 serving. Flush problem went away the next day but the hemorrhoid problem stayed for a few day.…

I did it twice and gained most of them back. I did not lose much muscle mass when I was on it. It's very important to increase the calorie back slowly. I just started Rice diet solution 2 weeks ago. It is almost the same as Mcdougall diet but I keep track of my serving. I'm trying to reduce my B/P so I eat low sodium dieta.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? Locker is where I change my clothes, NAKED! and it's OK for a male to go in there? At my gym, everyone change their clothes, put on body lotion after a shower at the lockers. There is no dressing room. So you also think it's OK for a male to go in the women restroom whener they like?

I need to lose weight but my dogs don't. I take my dogs for a walk almost every day. My friend is in good shape but her cats are fat. She told me they are just fat , she did not feed them much. I can see why those cats don't move much. Too answer your question, I don't think it's related.

Low carb makes me cranky and alos can't have a long sleep so I'm not on low carb. Tho I did notice when I'm on low carb and eat high cal over 1500 cal it was bearable.

When you work with a trainer, they get you to build muscle so you will lose fat and keep/gain the muscle mass at the same time. The scale won't be move as fast as your measurment. You probably will lose pant size faster than lose weight.
