My little dog goes on 7 miles hike with me. Little dogs can't handle the heat so don't go there in HOT weather (specially walking on pavement) and make sure you have water for fur baby. The heat from the pavement will hit their stomach. Mine would stand and stare at me when he does not want to walk so I just carry him.

You know everyone wants to have your problem. Weight loss is hard but maintenance is harder. If you can keep your muscle mass, you can eat more and don't gain the weight or inches back. Inches loss is the way to go! Just curious, what kind of intensity on your cardio-low,med, hit.. and HIIT?

I sched to take my pictures every 2 weeks in the morning and also take my measurement at the same time and whenever I see/feel my stomach is getting smaller, I also take more pics.

Swimming is a great work out since your heart expands vertical from the water pressure so you can push youself harder but it is NOT an effective workout to lose weight fat your body temperature does not raise up.

Sorry, you have no choice but stop insanity or you will make it more worse. I notice that if I ride my station bike ,it actually helps with the pain and speed the healing process so light stretch probably would be good for you.

How about squat push up or just do knee push up? If it does not bother you then do that instead. Instead of 10 bad form move, it's better to just do 1 correct one. I do hop you don't get any medical problem. Sore is OK but if you have pain then you should stop.

I just do the 1st test and the last test since I already knew I'm improving. I rather do other work out instead of doing the fit test. When I did the test, I kept losing my count because I was so tired so I 'll just do another test when i finished with insanity.

For pizza you can use ground chicken breast or turkey breast for crust. Usually I bake them then when it's done I put toppings and bake for another 5 minutes.

When I was on PSMF. I just ate 1,2 meals a day since the portion is too small, I want to feel full. About sleeping problem, do you take magnesium ? make sure you have enough potassium. It's better to save your carb for dinner, i heard it helps with sleeping problem.

I did not see any changes until beginning of month 2. Lose 1.5" off the waist. Tho I can see my stomach is smaller in the pics. My pics is in the profile if you want to check it out. I heard month 2 is where you can the dramatic change. I just started week 2 of month 2. I do hope I will lose 1" off the waist.

Get a high intensity foam mat, it will save your knees. I got one at walmart for $18. On 1st month, I hardly do any jumping because I'm quite heavy for my height. It's more important to do it at correct form then how fast you can do. I don't think you can stick to Keto diet because you do need carbs for this work out. On…

Actually it's my fav out the max series. It is quite fun to do. I sweat like the crazy but I love it because I can do most the moves.

To me, you are on the right track. I can see you lose your pouch compare day1 pic & day 6 pic. The body part that you lose is ABOVE your belly button. That body part was not part of the measurement (waist) so you cuold not use the meassurement for comparing. I'm the same way (week 2 of month 2), I lose 1.5" off my waist…
