You will lose weight on JC and NS because it costs much so people tend to stick to diet. When you do on your own, you don't have the same motivation.

Weigh lifting then cardio is fine. I do that too but you do need fuel since you work out over 45 minutes. I have samson juicer that can grind meat, make noodle and can juice wheatgrass. I ground chicken breast. It's way cheaper than buy ground turkey and less fat.

My gym is packed in the evening. But I only go to the gym for my hip hop class and the class is not that popular. I do use pool area but I go odd hours - late late. It used to bother me that people clean the machines after they are done. Now I just clean the machines before i step on it.

Whatever motivate you, weight as often or as little as you want. For me, depend on which diet I'm on. Right now I do weight myself every day because the diet I do, I would lose weight. 3 months ago, I was on a diet that I would lose inches faster so I only stepped on the scale 1 or twice in every 3 weeks.

You need to surround yourself with possitive support group that would motivate you to get healthy. Don't discuss talk with your mom about your weight, she will break you down. My mom is like that also about everything in genenral. And I'm 47 yrs old. I realize I can't change her attitude so I just change mine.

Turbo Fire would not be a good selection. I have TF and I found it's boring except the HIIT session, TF could not get my HR to stay up in the right zone. I'm doing insanity right now and it has the right pace for me. I think P90X would be good for you so you can build more muscle mass. and of course you also can try Asylum.

Yup. Dryers is good I had that. There is one ice cream blue bunny I think. I t has sundae flavor with nut , banana,chocolate, cherries in it... YUMMY.

I love it. It make me feel so good after the work out (mentally). I like the feeling that I push myself to the limit and " Thank God, the work out is over!" so definitely make me very happy after the work out.

Banana for weight lifting or long session of cardio. It's easy to eat and it's not messy. I can eat while I'm driving. Other cardio work out, I just drink caffeine or coffee so I have a little of energy to burn fat..
