Measurement is the best way to check your progress specially if you do exercise. A few people eat too enough for their weight so they can't lose weight

Circuit training is the best. Any work out that use big muscle, you will burn more fat, during and after the work out. Rowing machine is good for cardio, work upper body, legs, ab and no knee impact.

Low carb diet is good for your BP also. Since your body won't retain water weight so the heart does have to pump so hard.

That's what I have. It has natural vitamin A & D also. In general if you can't stand the smell/taste. Put them in the fridge.

For me, it's better to stop cold turkey. If I have pops in the house I'll drink them at least once a day. It's a waste of money and at the same time it does not my body any good.

Nobody can tell me when to eat. I eat when I'm hungry and that's it. I don't follow any eating schedule. Someday I eat at 3PM. Other time, I get up at 6AM and my body wants me to feed her right away. I'm not into eat 5,6 times a day tho.

Yup, it's only 40 minutes. If you want skip part of it then cut in the middle. Usually he repeats the work out cycle at least 3 times. The last one is toughest so I would keep that. I feel that I have no excuses not to work out.

Low carb diet, specially don't eat any starch. I can lose 5 lbs in 3,4 days in the 1st week. It will give you a lean face also.

Beans - good source for fiber also if you are sick of meat Tofu.. Chew on beef/turkey jerky for snack .. my fav. I could not get enough protein on my diet and I also have limited carb so I add protein powder to my diet.

if you burned more than 625 cal, you have to eat the difference back. Ex: you burned 825 cal for work out . 825 - 625 = 200. so you will eat (BMR) 1252 + 200 = 1452 if you only burned 300 cal then you just have to eat your BMR cal and that's it = 1252

If I eat high carb, specially starch, I can sleep straight 10 hours. If I eat too low calorie, my body wakes me in the middle of night so I can feed it. If you body are tired during the day/waking hours , it's telling you to just slow know. It can be mal-nutrition, stress, over exercise.

Vitamix, It can ground meat, mix dough also. It can go 365 miles/power if you want to compare speed. I have one for 20 yrs, only replace replace worn out parts. I don't know much out ninja tho.
