that is something you would have to take up with your doctor. everybody is different some people actually have low bp and need extra salt in their diets. some people have high bp and need salt restrictions.

fruit is good for you. you should eat more of it. apples oranges grapes pineapples papaya lemons cherries wtermelon. hell i am about to go make me a protein smoothies right now.

yeah it is good cardio when you do it over a period of time non stop. not very good if you do 2-3 punches or kicks then take a break.

Korean food may be single handily the greatest food you will ever eat. Everything i have tried has been great. I dont eat the BiBimBap because i dont like eggs. Dont forget to wash all your meals down with Soju. also it is customary in korean traditions for you to pour the other persons drink and they to pour yours.

no such thing as toning... as far as improving core strength you it all depends on you. i try to do some core work 3 days a week

call me crazy but taking an 11 year old to a therapist because they are a bit heavy seems like it would be adding fuel to the fire. as long as there is no health issues the kid should be left alone to grow.

welcome... my only advice to you would be to set shorter term goals. September is a long time away success comes day by day. if you are working out with a trainer you will see they use measurements to measure success more than they use weight loss.
