My baby is 5 months old. I add at least 300 total of 1800 to 1900 a day) and make sure to drink almost a gallon of water a day. No issues with my supply and I am at 9lbs gone in approximately 5 weeks. I should also say that some days, I eat 2400. I eat when I am hungry but just make good choices :) listen to your body.

I'm in!! Starting weight: 223 Goal Wight: 200 Workouts: 6 days a week; at least 45 cardio No idea on inches but ill get to that later :)

I weigh myself every morning just to make sure I know where I am every day. Some people do it once a week. I am dropping two pounds a week so I like to see if my numbers drop.

I am at 1280 a day. I find that when I eat within 30 minutes of waking up, and then about every 2 to 3 hours, I do good. I eat a lot of veggies and low cal small meals. Helps me feel full all day.. plus, water! :) Good luck!!
