My goal is to drop 60lbs.. Im down 16lbs so far. I have been walking 2 to 3 miles a day, at least 5 days a week. When is the best time to add in different workouts? What are some good work outs at home? I have three kids and no time for a gym after work. Thanx guys!

Strength training. Big time. You'll increase your metabolism so you burn more calories by doing absolutely nothing. The scale won't move as fast, but you'll drop sizes. I only lost 8 lbs in an entire year, but dropped 4 clothing sizes with strength training!
"New Rules of Lifting for Women" is a great start. You just need a set of adjustable dumbbells and you're set. You can also do bodyweight exercises (push ups, etc). I have 2 little ones at home and get in my daily workout with them around.0 -
I will look it up! Thank you for the info! I can just use my two little ones as weights.. just kidding.0
