nothing. I do IF so I fast till around 2pm then eat till 8. However on the odd occasion I do eat breakfast, I have some oatmeal w/ protein powder

It's perfectly ok. However, remember: WHOLE FOODS > supplements.Whole foods are always better than taking supplements.

214 g of protein? How much do you weigh? 1g/lb of p bw is more than enough. You can put the excess cals into carbs instead.

I'm assuming a conventional deadlift. If so look @ this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1nRRlk6264I. Remember deadlifts are not a solely back movement.

MFP counts fruit towards sugars so watch out. Honestly extra sugar in your diet won't kill you.. Your bulking after all.

Cardio while bulking is a good thing. Increase food and get on a proven program such as starting strength

HAHAHAHA, biggest "bro science" post if I've seen on this forum. SUGAR DOES NOT TURN DIRECTLY INTO FAT. You only gain fat when eating at a calorie surplus. TECHNICALLY, I could just eat sugar and be in a calorie deficit and still loose weight.

eating 3700 calories a day you don't really need supplements except for creatine lol. Get a solid lifting program and you should be good!

No matter how you try you can not build muscle and loose fat at the same time. Stick to one and follow it. I am currently skinny fat as well. 5'7, 140 lb male. I choose to take the approach of bulking up first then cutting later on.
