  • I'm in, always up for a challenge. Currently 314 I want to be under 300 by the end of February.
  • I used to do those all the time when I was younger and fitter, it's a great exercise to do. Now, since it's hard for me to get up and down on the floor and my fitness level is that great, I do a pilette squat. Turn your knees out a little and squat. I do about 3 sets of 10 - 15.

  • Sugar does take away the acidity of the tomatoes so if that is what you're worried about, you can substitute a carrot instead of sugar. My husband doesn't like the acidity so I peel and put a whole carrot in it. It gets rid of the acid without make the sauce sweet

  • Yes, just counting calories I've loss weight with out really changing what I eat. (ate kinda healthy anyway, just alot of it) I know when I lose more I will have to change what I eat but for right now it's a start. I also don't have heartburn anymore, it's so much nicer to go to bed and not get that feeling anymore.

  • I do that all the time, (well, less now then before). I also would completely quit before MFP but now I pick myself up and start again the very next day. It happens to all of us once in awhile.
