Mollie, I had the same thought when I saw my goal was 16lbs, but like you, I want to be 300 or less by January 1st. I'd be exstatic if I was 299, that would make my New Year. :drinker:

Great article. Since I've been watching what I eat and reading food labels I have stopped buying food that have HFCS. It's not just for me but for my kids. I got Just Dance for the kids last weekend, it is soooo much fun. I have to totally agree with you, it is sooo much better then the treadmill. Only, I didn't know that it could log calories burned, I have to check that out. But usually we're playing it as dance battle or one on one. love just dance.:happy:

love swett potato fries. Here's a twist on it other then cinnamon and sugar. Toss the fries with some fresh thyme and rosemary finely chopped with some butter, evoo, margarine,veg.oil(which ever you prefer) & a little splenda brown sugar. Goes great with pork chops.

Try it and listen to what your body says to you. From my own experience, I started with trying to do the C25K but realized I couldn't quite make the running part. I'm walking right now and will try running again when I lose 50lbs or so. Good luck
