With gravy on it ..... OK, so that's how I USE TO eat it (I think it's the salt I wanted) but haven't had it like that for some time.

I just got carbmaster yogurt from Kroger today in "Carrot Cake" and it tasted just like carrot cake with buttercream icing ... only 60 cals.

NOTHING...ONE of the advantages of being a senior citizen with medicare..."Silver Sneakers" costs nothing and I can use most of the things like exercise equipment, weight machines, swimming and many of the classes.
