It doesn't take the place of running but is a very good workout. I alternate between running on my treadmill and using my elliptical. If I set the resistance/stride high enough on the elliptical, I am feeling it the next day....all day!

I have the same problem sometimes. Did you try putting in a new battery? I like digital scales because they are so much easier to read but when it comes to accuracy, they can be a little off. I agree! I joined WW after both pregnancies. I did lose the weight and thought I ccould keep it up on my own...WRONG. WW is based on points but in the end, it's all about calories. Too much calculating too. I did try the new Points Plus and was not thrilled. (even more calculations) Unlimited fruits and vegetables…

I hate going into Payless! LOL why is it we're lucky to get 1/4 of an aisle...but walk over to the 7's and 8's and they have both sides of the aisle!? I think we should all ban together and start our own shoe line:happy:

There is no way I could keep it in the house! I save it for after lunch time at work and I keep it in a co workers office so I have to get up to go get it! You can eat grilled chicken breast with a side of steamed vegies and a side salad for the same amount of calories as some shakes. I have tried the shakes before and they taste great and are loaded with vitamins/minerals, but they just don't have the staying power as a healthy meal. Just my opinion :-)

I have to have ranch! I use Hidden Valley Light Ranch. 80 calories for 2 TBS. Doesn't seem like much but I put my salads in a bowl, put the dressing on then pop on the lid and give it a good shake. Everything gets a good coating,

I was also on the WW train! I was able to lose after both of my pregnancies but like you, ended up gaining the weight back. I love this site and the message boards are way better than WW!
