I've been using it for 3 weeks now and it is wonderful. very low impact yet you still get a good sweat. Definitely feeling/seeing a difference in my arms and butt....yay! I have had problems in the past with my wrists and they were sore the first few days, however the pain is gone and they actually seem stronger. The…

Clean eating/less processed foods. Once I stopped eating processed foods, the first place I started losing was my belly.

To build muscle (women can't bulk up like men) you have to work until muscle fatigue. You need a weight that feels comfortable for the first few reps, and the last few reps you struggle a bit without compromising form. I love lifting and seeing the almost immediate results that lifting gives me.

I too have done T25 and the first week I didn't lose weight but I did lose inches. Have you taken your measurements? Please feel free to add me as a friend.

I believe it's ok to give into your cravings. I find that if I try to ignore them, I just end up binging (I too am a boredom eater). I have tried substituting with "healthier versions" but it's not the same. A little treat won't ruin your progress. It's about moderation and preparation. I allow myself room for a daily…

The best thing to do is set short term goals. It's less stressful than saying I want to lose X amount of weight total. Maybe start with 5 or 10 pounds or 10% of your body weight. It just makes the weight loss journey a little more enjoyable. Feel free to add me for support.

I too am doing c25k. I'm on week 4 and I use a HRM to log my calories burned. I would love to run my very first 5k this spring.
-
You can't compare yourself to anyone else. I am on week 4 and one day may be easier than the next. If you can't run the whole time you are suppose to, walk but just do that day over again. You can move on at your own pace.

I would select cardio. I love my heart rate monitor because it takes the guess work out of how many calories I burned.

I quit but would still have one every once in a while (mainly when I drank) but it has been 2 months that I have not had a single puff. It is hard not to replace one bad habit with another.

Does it count that my youngest is 8 and I'm still trying to lose all the pregnancy weight? LOL

I can totally relate with being busy and I too love carbs. I found that if you start weaning yourself off them slowly, it's easier than to give them up all together. Baby steps :-)

I work full time and have 2 boys. I'm married to an oilfield worker so often times it's like being a single mom. It's hard to balance home, work and fitness and some days are easier than others. We just have to remember that it's ok to put ourselves first sometimes. If momma ain't happy...LOL

T25! It's a great workout in only 25 minutes
-
I used Focus T25 because you get a combo of both. And the workout is done in 25 minutes!

It depends on what you are trying to accomplish. If you are trying to add bulk/muscle, try BodyBeast.

You can add me! This is a great place to go when you need a little motivation and encouragement

You don't need to lose but you can always tone up by lifting weights. As women, we need to do weight bearing exercises to keep our bones strong. Many women don't understand that we won't look like men if we lift weights. Muscles are sexy!

Amazing results! Love the muscles

You look awesome and is inspiring!

I'm 5'7" and weigh 185. I have broad shoulders, and wide hips. I am looking to get down to 145/150. I think I would look sickly at anything less. I'm so tired of obsessing over the numbers so I want to start focusing on eating clean and working out more and hope for the best.
