Cool! I'm on week four too, day 25. Unless you were lifting very light (or not to failure), I wouldn't worry about it. You're supposed to lift at 60% for phase 1, 85% for phase 2, etc. I went too heavy in the beginning, so it can be hard to find that good weight where you're pushing yourself, but not to the point of bad…

My husband and I both drink Muscle Pharm Combat whey protein powder. I drink half on the way to the gym, the other half immediately afterwards (then breakfast after I get home). It tastes great and fills you up.

I just started week 4. So far I have LOVED it. I feel so strong and energetic. When I start Phase 2 I'm going to do HIIT for the cardio (sprints).
